Terms and Conditions

No contract will subsist between you and Harvest Bible Chapel for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Harvest Bible Chapel accepts your order by receiving full payment and verifying your identity and address. For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will be deemed to have been concluded in Iowa. Further, any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced in all respects in accordance with the laws of Iowa, and you and Harvest Bible Chapel irrecoverably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Iowa Courts.
