Bob Brueggen

Executive Pastor

Bob was raised in Dayton, Kentucky and came to Christ while serving in a medical/dental squadron with the Air Force in Omaha, Nebraska. During his tour of duty in the 1970's, the ministry of the Navigators helped lay a solid foundation for his spiritual life, journey and service.

After his discharge, Bob attended the University of Nebraska, majoring in Microbiology. While attending college, he met his wife, Dottie, and they were married in January 1980. After graduation, Bob and Dottie moved to Kentucky where Bob worked for Andrew Jergen’s Company. In the summer of 1982, Bob responded to God’s promptings, and they moved to Warsaw, Indiana so Bob could attend Grace Theological Seminary.

It was during his seminary years that God directed Bob into pastoral ministry. After graduating with a Master’s of Theology in Old Testament, Bob served churches in Nebraska, Michigan and Minnesota. In 2006, Bob completed a Doctor of Ministry in Church Management from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Deerfield, Illinois.

In July 2008, God led Bob, Dottie and their children, Bethany, Matthew, and Jonathan, to partner with Harvest Bible Chapel for the growth of his kingdom, good of his people, and glory of his name. Their intention and prayer is for a long, fruitful and mutual ministry with those who call Harvest Bible Chapel home. They trust that God will use such ministry to bring lives to Christ and Christ into everyday life in the Quad Cities and beyond.
