What:  Junior High Summer Camp 2012!

Who:  Junior High - incoming 6th through 8th grade students

When:  Monday, July 23rd - Friday, July 27th 

Where:  Lake Williamson in Carlinville, IL

Why:  For an amazing week filled with Christ-centered worship, teaching and tons of fun!

Cost:  $300 EARLY BIRD SPECIAL by June 11th
Cost per person after June 11th:  $325
Want a shirt? You need to register by June 25th

Parents:
 Please fill out and sign the following forms and return to the church office by 7/23/12. 

What to Bring: 
Bible and pen, sleeping bag, pillow, twin-size bed sheet, modest one-piece swimsuit, shower towel, beach towel, bathroom toiletries, money for camp cafe, flashlight, camera and a watch

What Not to Bring: Anything with a screen - which includes but is not limited to cell phones, music players, video games and TVs.  Also, leave behind magazines, alcohol, tobacco, weapons and bad attitudes!

Financial Assistance:
Harvest Bible Chapel offers partial financial assistance.  Financial assistance is limited!  Please complete the following form to apply for assistance:  Scholarship Form  All applications for assistance must be received by Monday, July 9th, 2012.

Online registration is open through Thursday, July 19, 2012.
