First Night of AWANA

The first "official" night of AWANA for the 2012-13 year is Tuesday, April 18, 2012.  We will follow our normal schedule which includes council time, handbook time and game time.  Leaders, you will be responsible on this night to lead your group from one activity to the next.

Parents, check all children in at the Children's Ministry Registration desk using your key fob(s) just like you do on the weekends.  Then, Puggles and Cubbies, go to classrooms in the Children's Ministry hallway.  Kindergarten through 5th Grade, go to the Great Room, check in with their team leader and sit down to visit with their friends. 

Students, if you didn't finish your book last year, don't forget to bring it with you the first night!

To pick up your children promptly at 8:00 p.m., go to the same place you dropped them off.  Puggles and Cubbies will be in the classrooms in the Children's Ministry hallway.  Kindergarteners through 5th Graders will be in the Great Room with their team. 

Please, do NOT take your child with you until you have checked them out with their leader by initialing beside your child's name on the roster.
